Moisture Max (Granular) | Yard Mastery
Moisture Max: This is Yard Mastery’s version of “Hopped Up Hydretain” because it contains the humectants that hold water in soil, just like Hydretain, and in addition, it’s spiked with a penetrating surfactant that breaks the surface tension of hydrophobic soils and helps saturate the turf root system. It also contains sea kelp to encourage thicker/deeper grassroots so more water can be utilized by the turf prior to evaporation.
This is the granular version for those who prefer to spread rather than spray. This product does not stink so there is no concern there. (We used to get complaints about Hydretain Granular because it was quite pungent!)

Product Description:
Moisture Max is the ultimate moisture management solution for your entire lawn or for stubborn hot spots and dry spots. Apply 3lbs/1,000 sq ft every 2 months to the entire lawn, or top dress spots that are stubborn or persistently dry. Water it in within 48 hours of application with ½” of irrigation or rainfall.

Application Information:
Moisture Max can be used on all grass types, including the following:

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Under warehouse conditions, the product can be stored for 2 years. Reseal the opened bag by folding the top down and securing it. Use only clean, dry spreaders. Do not leave unused product in spreaders.
