Over the past 6+ years the MySoil team has used DIY PDDG for new lawns, overseeding, and every seeding project in between. Xanadu: Xanadu tall fescue offers a winning combination of beauty and toughness, with fine texture, dark color, and excellent resistance to environmental stressors like disease, drought, and traffic. Zion: Zion turf-type tall fescue has attractive dark green color as well as offers early spring green-up. It also provides tolerance to a variety of diseases including brown patch and gray leaf spot. Zion provides quick germination and great traffic & drought tolerance.
