Summer: Turf Type Tall Fescue (TTTF) is a durable, deep-rooted, dark green cool-season grass optimized for heat and drought resistance. Best established in late summer to early fall (6-10 lbs/1000 sq ft), it thrives in sunny or shaded areas, handles high traffic, and excels in temperatures where others struggle

Zion: Zion turf-type tall fescue has attractive dark green color as well as offers early spring green-up. It also provides tolerance to a variety of diseases including brown patch and gray leaf spot. Zion provides quick germination and great traffic & drought tolerance.

Bonfire: Bonfire combines stress tolerance and aesthetics all in one seed. With excellent disease resistance, traffic tolerance, and drought resistance, Bonfire is able to perform well in the most difficult-to-grow regions for the tall fescue species.
